The scope of works involved alterations to maximise space within the terrace, conversion of the bathroom with a wet room adjacent, travertine surfaces to wall and floors with under floor heating; a damp proofing programme was required to the ground floor.

 Upgrading of the kitchen with Shaker units and work surfaces; restoration of plaster cornice work, plaster and decoration with replacement with high spec hot water provisions and electrical upgrade.
